I’m so honored you’re considering Sarah Reaves Photography to document your growing family. What a sacred season you’re in and what a joy it would be to help you remember it.
There is nothing more holy or humbling than welcoming a new life into the world. The sleepy sighs, the swaddled stillness, the way your baby curls into you like they’ve known you forever - it’s all a glimpse of God’s goodness in its purest form.
My approach to newborn photography is gentle, natural, and entirely baby-led. Whether we’re in your home or in the studio, I want you to feel peace. I’ll guide you with care, but never rush or force a pose. The goal is to capture your baby just as they are and your love just as it feels in these early days.
Because time moves quickly, but your love is eternal and these moments are worth remembering.

01. WE ARE READY TO BOOK, WHAT'S NEXT?
You let me know which collection or type of session you are interested in and from there I will send over a contract and invoice. Each invoice is created with a payment plan depending on what package or session you booked. Packages are split into three payments, and sessions are split into two. If you are in need of a specific payment plan let us know up front and we can help however possible. Your first payment and a signed contract is due in order to officially book your collection or a la carte session(s).
02. How can we expect to receive our photos?
You will receive an online gallery where you can digitally download individual images to your mobile device, desktop, laptop, etc. and the entire gallery directly to your desktop. This is also a great gallery to share with family and friends!
03. Will I receive watermarked images?
No! I never want watermarks to take away from the beauty of YOU and the image. I trust my clients to give credit when necessary by tagging me on social media and telling their friends about their experience with me.
04. Where can I print my photos?
You will have full permission to print your photos from ANY source. However, you will also have the ability to order high quality prints directly through your online gallery. This includes prints, canvases, metal prints + more!

With the heirloom collections you have the option from selecting a dress from the Client Closet. The Client Closet is a large selection of dresses for mama's ranging from size XS through XXL - all of which are available to use for any full portrait session.
You also have the option of adding on makeup with Molly Ingraham Makeup Artistry if her schedule allows it. We love to pamper you and provide you with a boutique portrait experience, especially within in our heirloom collections!
